1. Returns Policy

We accept returns on most storage products under the following conditions:

  • Items can be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery.
  • Returned items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

Non-returnable Items:
The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Custom-made or personalized storage products
  • Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Clearance”
  • Assembled or used items that cannot be resold as new

Please allow 5–7 business days after the returned item is received and verified for the refund to appear in your account.

Refund Amount:
You will receive a refund for the product price only, excluding original shipping fees.
If the return is due to a defective or wrong item, shipping costs will also be refunded.

Processing Fees:

3. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you wish to replace an item (e.g., different size or design), please return the original product for a refund and place a new order.

Proof Required:
Please provide photos or videos showing the damage or defect. Our team will review and arrange a replacement or refund.


5. Return Shipping Costs

Customer Responsibility:
If the return is due to a change of mind or customer preference, the return shipping cost will be borne by the customer.

Our Responsibility:
If the return is due to damage, defect, or wrong item shipped, IG Home will cover the shipping cost and provide a prepaid return label if applicable.
